RK Chain Warranty – Terms & Conditions
This X-Ring Chain or Chain & Sprocket Kit is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of mechanical defects in workmanship and materials only. The manufacturers’ obligation hereunder is limited to replacing such product during the warranty period, provided that the product is sent, prepaid, to the authorised UK importer for inspection.
This warranty shall not apply to product subjected to racing, accidents, negligence, abuse, alteration, misuse, acid damage, improper installation or unsuited use and is not transferable.
To qualify, the kit must have been purchased from an authorised UK dealer and must be original specification standard fitted. The chain must be fitted as endless (fitting of rivet link is acceptable); warranty is void if clip link is used.
The warrantor of this chain or kit shall not be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damages, expense or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product, defective or otherwise.
