About the Product Feeds
Our product data and stock feeds options allow our customers to process, add, and update stock levels and prices, and maintain our catalogue of products within your own ecommerce or preferred marketplaces.
The product and stock data can also be used to further support your Dealer Management System (DMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Point Of Sale (POS) system.
Bespoke solutions are also available in agreement with your Area Sales Manager.
Using our expertise in our products, ecommerce, and data processing, we provide optimised and informative data that will benefit you and your own customers.
Our solutions can can be provided in an one-time update (to be manually maintained in future) or with automated options to allow for a more “hands-off” approach.
We can provide product data optimised for Shopify, WooCommerce (WordPress), BigCommerce, Prestashop, and OpenCart.
We also work with popular dealer-orientated ecommerce providers such as Linnworks, DealerWeb, and MediaLinksOnline.
For fitment data we can detail all compatible models and provide data for use with eBay’s ePID code from eBay’s Master Motorcycle List (MML).

Stock & Prices – What’s Available
Stock / Price List Feed
- Provided to any delimited/separator type, .CSV or .TXT file
- Shared via Email, Dropbox (links above), or a customer provided FTP
- Updated stock hourly (without cost prices) and daily (with option of cost prices)
- Contains SKU, Product Name, Brand, EAN, Price (RRP), Cost Price (Bespoke Trade), MPN, Single Category
Trade Prices
- Download: Your trade price list can be downloaded from the My Account page on our Bickers B2B.
It contains: SKU, Description, Manufacturer (Brand), Supplier (Bickers), Barcode, Cost Price (Exc VAT), RRP Price (Exc VAT), Stock, Stock Message (Expected delivery when out of stock) - Email: Emailed on a regular basis
- FTP: Uploaded to a customer-provided FTP/webspace

Product Data Fields:

| Price (RRP) | Exc. VAT and Inc VAT Options. Trade (nett/cost) prices are not often provided in this file, this is a risky practice in case it is published publicly unintentionally. |

Filters are available as data fields if the required format/structure can be provided, including being grouped for tag groups (for Shopify). |

Note: Variants (product options) are currently not available. We do not support size or colour etc. variants of a product (relationships), they are treated as individual products
Images
- Primary image name with hotlink, minimum (target) size of 600x600px and a maximum of 2000px x 2000px
- We recommend using the ‘ImageHotlink’ field for retrieving images, ImageDownload is provided for images in their (sometimes larger) original format prior to resizing.
- Bulk image downloads can be provided if you do not wish to use the links along with the multiple ‘image_id’ field

Want a simpler and quicker method of downloading a products image(s)? Simply add the product to your basket on the Bickers Powersports website, an option to download the images is provided at the bottom of the basket checkout page.
Fitments
We have over 2,000,000 fitments available spanning across over 58,000 year-by-year motorcycle models.
We are also able to provide data for the eBay ‘EPID’, which is their method of assigning compatible parts to vehicles from their Master Motorcycle List (MML), this data can be included in whichever format works best for you.
For information on the Master Motorcycle List visit eBays link here, note that it is not the MVL (Master Vehicle List) which is for Cars & Trucks only.
Manually Updating Products
Email updates can be provided to show the latest up to date product lists and stock levels.

Ecommerce & Marketplaces
We provide our product data in various forms which can be optimised for a easier and more efficient integration with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
eBay
One of the largest online marketplaces, eBay is often the go-to for everyone looking to buy parts and accessories for their vehicle.
To further support your lists on eBay we can provide compatible Motorcycle data so your listings display when a motorcycle is selected and increases buyer confidence with notices that the item they are viewing shows that it is compatible.
WooCommerce (WordPress)
One of the largest and fastest growing ecommerce platforms, WooCommerce is built on the open source WordPress platform enabling a cost effective solution. It’s popularity means there is a wide range of addons available and a large support community, helpful if you aim to manage the platform yourself.
Shopify
Shopify is a robust and easily accessible ecommerce platform which can be deployed quickly and and offer everything required out-of-the-box.
Apps within Shopify simplify the process for importing and syncing product data, one of our preferred vendors for this data is Stock Sync.
Prestashop
As well as the optimised product data we can also provide a sync to our categorisation. Combined with our stock updates, this allows for a completely maintenance free product update package.
Note: Sync is only provided when FTP and Cron access is permitted.
